Abdominal massage.
Listen to calming classical music.
Practice grounding and stabilizing yoga, primarily standing poses.
Forward Bend yoga poses before bed.
Core strengthening.
Practice Diaphragmatic breathing.
Sing.
No screen time 2 hours before bed.
Notice any negative internal dialogue, turn it around.
Get 8 hours sleep.
Cut down on sugar and caffeine.
